Per-user pricing? Add-on pricing? Not us!
Most business software systems like to charge per user, and add on charges for each separate module you use. This might be fine if you only have a couple of staff members, but for growing businesses it can quickly get expensive. And what if you need to add freelancers, external contractors, clients even?
We work on a simple pricing model. You pay one fixed monthly charge, for the whole system, for as many users as you like. The only exceptions are things that cost us money, namely postcode lookups and additional document storage, which incur a small additional charge.
Simple, fair pricing
Our monthly charge is £150 + VAT per month which includes 5GB of document storage.
If you need postcode lookups, you pay a flat rate of £12 + VAT per month (subject to fair usage). And extra storage is £6 + VAT per month per 50GB.
That’s it. Straightforward, predictable, reasonable.
System setup
It’s likely that you’ll want some help getting you up and running, even if it’s just loading your data and customising field labels. We also suggest we take some time to understand your business and guide you in how to get the best out of the software. This 2-3 hour mini-scoping exercise is included in our setup packages.
Setup Lite
Price: £500 + VAT
Includes mini-scope plus up to 8 hours of configuration at a discounted rate. Suitable for clients who just need a few basic tweaks
Setup Full
Price: £1500 + VAT
Includes mini-scope plus up to 28 hours of configuration and development at a discounted rate. Suitable for clients who need to add custom features to the software
