Most CRM and business management systems will charge a basic fee per user, and then double or triple the pricing as you enable more features. With a relatively small team, you can quickly find yourself paying hundreds per month.
We work on a much simpler model. You get everything in the system, for one simple fee depending on the size of your business.
Simple, fair pricing
All including 5GB of document and attachment storage:
- Up to 4 users (total, including external contractors): £60 + VAT per month
- 5-8 users: £110 + VAT per month
- 9+ users: £150 + VAT per month
The only add-ons are things that cost us money:
- Additional storage: £10 + VAT per month per 50GB
- Postcode lookup: £12 + VAT per month (subject to fair usage) flat fee
That’s it. Straightforward, predictable, reasonable.
System setup
It’s likely that you’ll want some help getting you up and running, even if it’s just loading your data and customising field labels. We also suggest we take some time to understand your business and guide you in how to get the best out of the software. This 2-3 hour mini-scoping exercise is included in our setup packages.
Setup Lite
Price: £500 + VAT
Includes mini-scope plus up to 8 hours of configuration at a discounted rate. Suitable for clients who just need a few basic tweaks
Setup Full
Price: £1500 + VAT
Includes mini-scope plus up to 28 hours of configuration and development at a discounted rate. Suitable for clients who need to add custom features to the software
